2. Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and Professional Certification

• All materials displayed on this website—including but not limited to web design, text, video clips, recorded digital courses, downloadable digital files, data, and artwork—are the exclusive intellectual property of the website management.

• It is strictly prohibited to copy, publish, distribute, publicly display, replicate, or transfer to any third party any part of the website’s content, on any media or digital file format, without the express prior written consent of the website management.

• Protection of the “Pages of the Soul” (Dafi Nefesh) Method and Professional Training: All content within the professional training tracks is protected under strict copyright laws. Program participants and graduates are strictly forbidden from teaching or distributing the official training lessons themselves under the school’s name, or making direct commercial use of the original educational materials. Certification grants graduates the professional right to design their own courses and workshops inspired by and based on the principles of the “Pages of the Soul” method, as well as the right to utilize the “Meet Your Inner Artist” bonus course, provided that full and clear professional credit is given to the “Pages of the Soul School” (Dafi Nefesh).

3. Registration and Security

• Access to certain services and courses on the website requires registration. As part of the registration process, you will be required to provide personal details (such as name, contact information, and email address). This data will be securely stored in the website’s database in accordance with legal regulations.

• You are requested to maintain the strict confidentiality of your personal username and password to prevent any unauthorized use of your account.

• By using the website and registering for its services, you consent to receive periodic updates, educational content, and promotional materials from the website via email. You may opt out of this mailing list at any time with a single click using the unsubscribe link.

• Purchases of courses and subscriptions on the website are processed through authorized, secure third-party registration and billing systems. The website management does not collect or retain full credit card data.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy

Enrollment in paid courses and programs is processed automatically and securely upon credit card clearance, either as a full single payment or via an installment plan as offered on the specific checkout page. Upon completion of the purchase, a digital invoice/receipt and account access credentials will be automatically sent to the customer’s email address.

A. Pre-Recorded Digital Courses (Information Products):

• Purchasing a pre-recorded digital course grants immediate, full access to all educational content, lessons, and materials on the website.

• In accordance with Section 6(a)(8) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), there is no right of cancellation or refund for products that can be copied, replicated, or duplicated once access to them has been provided.

• Therefore, no refunds or cancellations will be issued for any pre-recorded digital course after purchase. In exceptional circumstances only, a customer may submit a written request to customer support (visualjournalclub@gmail.com). The website management, at its sole discretion and beyond the letter of the law, may consider exchanging the purchased content for a different digital course available on the website.

B. Active Live Courses and Club Programs (The 6-Month Course with Live Zoom Sessions, Recordings, and Bonuses):

• Upon enrolling in the full 6-Month Course, access to an individual account containing high-value digital bonus courses is automatically and immediately granted for immediate viewing.

• If you are hesitant, and since no refunds are available after purchasing the full track, we fairly offer advance trial options: To ensure a fair trial experience, you may register for a single initial live session (for 120 ILS) or a first trial month (for 360 ILS, which includes full access to recorded materials), without any obligation to continue the course.

• If you choose to proceed to the full track (or enroll in it from the outset), the billing system will continue charging the remaining installments to complete the program. Once the digital bonuses are unlocked and enrollment in the full program is completed, the transaction cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.

• During an active live course, cancellation or halting of scheduled payments is not permitted. However, under special circumstances, you may apply in writing to the management to review the option of leaving the active course and converting the remaining relative balance into a credit for other courses on the website (subject to the sole discretion of the website management). No retroactive refunds will be given for sessions or periods during which the customer did not actively utilize the account.

C. Professional Certification Track – “Pages of the Soul Facilitator Training” (Munit Derech):

This professional certification curriculum is subject to a structured cancellation policy, and the registrant declares that she has read and understood these specific terms prior to making payment:

• Cancellation within 14 days of registration: A participant is entitled to cancel her registration within 14 days from the transaction date (provided that the cancellation notice is given at least 14 business days before the official course start date). The refund will be issued minus the cancellation fee required by law (5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS, whichever is lower) and minus the value of the immediate Journal Binding digital bonus course (valued at 700 ILS) which is unlocked instantly upon registration and is non-returnable.

• Cancellation after 14 days and up to 30 days prior to the course start date: Entitles the participant to a 75% refund of the full course fee (minus the 700 ILS value of the immediate digital bonus, which remains non-refundable in all cases).

• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the course start date: Entitles the participant to a 50% refund of the full course fee (minus the 700 ILS value of the immediate digital bonus, which remains non-refundable in all cases).

• Cancellation after the course has commenced: From the first official day of classes onward, no refunds will be issued and scheduled future payments cannot be cancelled.

• Enrollment Freezing: If a participant cancels her active participation before utilizing any course materials (via Zoom or the digital platform), she may request in writing to freeze her enrollment. Subject to prior written approval, her spot may be deferred to the following year’s cohort (subject to availability and the opening of the track), or alternatively, she may receive full viewing access to the course recording library and bonuses without participating in the live sessions.

• Module 2 Bonus: The “Meet Your Inner Artist” bonus course (valued at 5,000 ILS) is granted during Module 2. In the event of an exceptional cancellation or withdrawal after this stage, the value of this bonus will be fully deducted from any potential partial refund.

• Special Circumstances: In highly exceptional cases (such as a severe medical condition or extreme personal circumstances that entirely prevent participation or viewing of recorded material), a written request accompanied by official supporting documentation may be submitted to the management for evaluation beyond the letter of the law.

5. Age Limitation, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

• Purchasing products on this website is permitted for individuals aged 18 and older only.

• The use of this website and these Terms of Use shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive venue for any legal matter or dispute arising from this agreement or the use of the website shall be the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, Israel.
